Postdoctoral Fellows
IPR postdoctoral fellows work with IPR faculty fellows who share similar research interests. Funded by external grants, they conduct policy-relevant research and publish findings with IPR faculty. Learn more about IPR's current postdoctoral fellows.
Graduate Research Assistants
IPR graduate research assistants are funded through either graduate school, departmental, or external grants. They work closely with faculty on research related to their doctoral studies. Learn more about IPR’s current graduate research assistants.
Summer Undergraduate Research Assistants
The IPR Summer Undergraduate Research Assistants Program aims to give undergraduate students a real experience in conceptualizing and conducting policy-relevant social science research with an IPR faculty mentor. Undergraduate Work-Study Students
IPR employs a small number of undergraduate students during the academic year who are typically eligible for federal work-study positions. Work-study responsibilities include assisting the communications department and research-related activities, as well as administrative work. IPR work-study jobs are posted on Northwestern's Work Study website.
