Lauren Tighe’s research focuses on the associations among socioeconomic resources, family processes, and child outcomes across diverse contexts. She combines primary and secondary data to study developmental questions across the lifespan. Lauren works with Terese Eckrich Sommer and Lindsay Chase-Lansdale in Northwestern’s Two-Generation Research Initiative. She earned her PhD in Developmental Psychology and Social work from the University of Michigan in 2019.
